These are the shop policies for Rooted Living Market. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. They’re meant to be fair and clear — if anything ever comes up, just reach out.

One-of-a-kind pieces

Every physical piece is handmade and one of a kind — the exact item pictured is the one that ships to you. Once a piece sells, it’s gone for good. Small variations, wear, or the character of upcycled and vintage materials are part of the handmade charm, not defects.

Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States only — we’re not able to ship outside the U.S. at this time.
• Shipping is a flat rate by size — $10 for smaller pieces and $15 for larger ones — added at checkout.
• Please allow a few days for handmade items to be packed with care.

Returns

Because each piece is one of a kind and handmade to order, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged in transit, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.

Digital tutorials

• Tutorials are digital PDF downloads delivered instantly after purchase — nothing physical ships.
• Because they’re delivered immediately, digital tutorial sales are non-refundable.
• Tutorials are for your personal use only. Please don’t copy, share, resell, or redistribute the files.
